Inspection. A proper inspection is the first step to a successful program. During this inspection we'll identify any existing pest problems, as well as any conditions that are conducive to pest infestation. -
Consultation. Quite often, the initial inspection will reveal problems in certain areas that need special attention. These problems may involve sanitation problem or structural problems that need to be addressed. We'll provide you with a detailed report of any problems than need fixing.

Treatment. After a thorough inspection and proper identification of pests and conducive conditions, we'll design a customized IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program to address your facility's pest control needs, in full accordance with the law and the highest industry standards. Your IPM program may include the use of pesticides, but will also emphasize non-chemical pest control methods such as sanitation recommendations, pest exclusion, source reduction, trapping, and ongoing monitoring.

Documentation. Log books aren't just paperwork to keep the bureaucrats happy. Communication is the backbone of a successful pest management program. We'll provide management with activity logs that can be used to report any pest sightings, as well as document the steps we take to correct any problems.
